'Nuff said. I won't even start in on FEMA and the staged press conference; I just don't have the strength for that soapbox today.

Pshaw.
At least he showed up this time. I guess even presidents have to take baby steps.
Good point, Stephen. Baby steps for everyone. And really, there's not much he can do here but open up federal disaster monies for us, which fortunately he has. But what's up with FEMA? Why would they feel a need to stage a press conference? It makes me laugh b/c it seems to me that it would take just as much hard work to actually deal with the disaster as it would to pretend you're dealing with it! :)
Actually I was being civilized because I was visiting your blog for the first time. I don't think Numbnuts is capable even of baby steps. If you gathered up all his ancestors, all the way back to the first paramecium, and created one composite hominid from the best parts in the heap, the result, if properly trained and prodded, might possibly manage to pluck a booger from its nose.
If this isn't already an acronym, I'm making it one: DOL - dying of laughter.
The next goal would be to train the hominid not to eat said booger...maybe it can run it up a flag and say proudly, "Look what I did, America!"
